Whenever Kris serves her most-requested tuna pasta, friends and family would always opt for seconds (even thirds!), which makes her so thrilled and happy.
Now, the secret recipe is out, and it comes straight from Kris. Let's cook!
Moms take pride in their home cooking specialties and they're prone to guard their recipes like a hawk, until you are able to coax them out of their shell and share it with the world. This week's Kris TV featured the moms of reel-to-real loveteam Jason Francisco and Melai Cantiveros and their secret recipes. We love their take on how to prepare and cook seafood in a different way. They're definitely worth trying in the kitchen today.

Hi! I\'m back with another recipe that's so fun and easy to do: a soupy, tangy, absolutely yummy dish that is sure to whet your family\'s appetite!
Let\'s start!
Josh and I fell in love with Singaporean black pepper crabs during our last trip to Singapore (Sept 6-9). I searched the Internet for an approximate recipe and found two that seemed simple enough to recreate.
Kris loves adobo and that is why she has really worked hard to perfect her version of the dish. One of her interpretations of adobo has everything - chicken, pork and some liver (called CPA for short in the Philippines). It is even made more delectable with the addition of Worcestershire sauce and as much as possible, she uses sukang Iloko (Ilocos vinegar) which has a more distinct flavor.
