Moms take pride in their home cooking specialties and they're prone to guard their recipes like a hawk, until you are able to coax them out of their shell and share it with the world. This week's Kris TV featured the moms of reel-to-real loveteam Jason Francisco and Melai Cantiveros and their secret recipes. We love their take on how to prepare and cook seafood in a different way. They're definitely worth trying in the kitchen today.

Kris loves adobo and that is why she has really worked hard to perfect her version of the dish. One of her interpretations of adobo has everything - chicken, pork and some liver (called CPA for short in the Philippines). It is even made more delectable with the addition of Worcestershire sauce and as much as possible, she uses sukang Iloko (Ilocos vinegar) which has a more distinct flavor.

Here's a super quick pasta recipe! Prepare spaghetti or linguine noodles. While the noodles are cooking, heat half a cup of light olive oil with chopped garlic. Low heat so as not to burn the garlic. Put a bit of salt and pepper.
